Liz Weiner is the founder of the Sundial Park Group and has been a trusted adviser to the industry’s most successful private equity managers. With over 20 years of experience in real estate finance, fund formation, and strategy consulting, Liz has a proven track record of delivering exceptional client results.

 

Liz has built lasting relationships with her clients throughout her career and is known for her dedication to providing exceptional service and advice. She has earned a distinguished reputation as a trusted adviser and partner to managers who have raised over $100 billion in capital.

 

Before founding the Sundial Park Group, she led capital formation and corporate strategy at Pennybacker Capital. Before joining Pennybacker, Liz co-founded the KAP Group, one of the first private equity consultancies focused solely on real estate private equity. Liz was a vice president in the real estate private fund and real estate finance groups at Credit Suisse (now UBS) before relocating to Denver from New York.

 

Liz holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned her BA in art history from Barnard College in New York. Liz is active in various non-profits and enjoys Colorado’s outdoors year-round with her family.
